This program is conducted on the chairmanship of JCI Pokhara president JC Advocate Deb Raj Sharma and the chief guest of this program is Mayor of Pokhara Metropolitan City Dhana Raj Acharya. This program is finalize on two series first audition round is conducted in pokhara, lekhnath, Suklagandaki, Lamjung, Waling, Parbat and baglung. After selection of finalist participate only this finale round.
Dr. Ramji Sharma, Dr Bhawana Sharma and Santosh Pokhrel are the Judge Pannel of this Program. and Dipendra Pahari Santosh pokhrel and Esmita baral are the judge of first stage program. The guset of this program are province chief of global ime bank, BYD head OM sharma, President of Pokharal Lady JC Gayatri Fuyal, JCI Vyas President JC Nabin Puri, JC Sukpa gandaki President JC Ramesh Bhandari etc. JC Shree Krishna Sunar was the chief coordinator of this program and MC by JC Tilak prasad Lamichhane.
