I want to express my sincere gratitude, humility, and pride to each and every one of you for giving me the opportunity to lead JCI Pokhara as its president in 2026. I am greatly inspired by your self-assurance and encouragement. In addition to being an honor, I see this as a group mandate to lead with integrity, purpose, and creativity. I’m determined to leading JCI Pokhara toward higher quality and establishing new impact milestones with my hardworking team.

We firmly believe that meaningful leadership is built on transformation, which is reflected in the Presidential Theme for 2026, “Transformed Youth, Empowered Leadership.” The young of today are inventive, resilient, dynamic, and change-adaptive. When young people are transformed via education, exposure, and experience, they become capable leaders who can effect constructive change. This theme focuses on developing leadership that is socially conscious, action-oriented, and motivated by values leadership that not only envisions development but also produces outcomes.

We want to improve human potential, organizational efficacy, and community impact via cohesion, collaboration, and a clear vision. JCI Pokhara will continue to support individual development, societal advancement, and national development through carefully thought-out programs, leadership development programs, and long-term community projects.

I am convinced that we can further advance the JCI movement in our naturally and culturally rich city of Pokhara with positive thinking, cooperation, and teamwork. I would want to express my gratitude to everyone who has helped JCI Pokhara grow and succeed thus far, whether directly or indirectly. I also cordially welcome everyone to continue working together so that our plans and activities can be carried out successfully in the upcoming year.

Lastly, I would like to sincerely thank our Board of Directors, General Members, Past Presidents, and all well-wishers for their continuous support, leadership, and trust. In the days ahead, I’m excited to accompany you on this path of development, transformation, and empowered leadership.
